Dr Haynes has responded promptly and appropriately with previous medical test results and recommendations through either MyChart messages or by return calls from his office, so I have appreciated that. I’m thinking that something delaying him the morning of my appointment must have been distracting for him, but it would have been helpful to hear that message from the doctor himself or his staff to understand both the wait and initial lack of recognition of my personal health concerns.
