The nurse, Hayley Entrekin is a great advanced practitioner and I believe everyone should have someone like her who shows concern for the patients, professional, interactive and very courteous. The front desk needs some help. Courtesy goes a very long way because people can forget what you said to them but never how you make/made them feel. A quick customer service class or one on dealing with difficult people would not hurt at all. Kindness goes a long way. Thanks for asking.
