I believe the quality of care I get from Whitaker Internal Medicine is truly excellent and your providers are both compassionate and knowledgeable. I would rate this as 10 if there was more availability but you can't recommend a clinic to a friend or family member when the clinic can't take new patients!

I felt as if my RN was paying attention to my concerns. She was professional, courteous, and interested in my health. I’d like to see her again for future healthcare.

In all my experience so far, UAB is very patient-focused. Check-ins are fast and easy. Wait times are minimal at the Whitaker Clinic. All personnel, from the administrative staff to the professionals (Drs, PAs, NPs) are efficient, compassionate, and responsive to patient needs. I very much appreciate this patient-oriented culture and the quality of care I receive.

Everyone including ladies at check in were very courteous. The nurse and Hayley were easy to talk to and listened to what I was saying. Best of all, and please never lose this one, appointment was on time!
