The doctors and staff are excellent. Generally there is no wait but at my recent appointment the wait was 1/2 hour. Dr. Hayes apologized for the delay and said she was running a bit behind. The problem for me was I made the appointment in the middle of the day and I was late returning to work. I chose this location because of its proximity to my job but the whole appointment took an hour. However, they were very thorough, polite and conscientious of my time restraints once I told them.

First time visit. Every single person was so respectful & caring. Dr. Hayes held my hand & talked to me to distract myself from the pain/process when I got blood drawn as I expressed to her have a huge fear of needles & haven't gotten blood drawn since I was a child. With their care, I was able to get through the entire visit & process feeling extremely comfortable, cared for, & a sense of relief.

Dr.Hayes greeted me before I entered the examine room with a big beauty SMILE AND A HELLO. She asked about my family, overall very friendly. We discussed what meds I take and why. She really made me feel good to her patient.

Dr. Hayes and Nurse both listened and were knowledgeable and attentive. Dr. Hayes made sure she had all of the details of my condition and asked different questions and more tests to get to the bottom of what’s going on with me. I feel confident under her care.

Dr Hayes showed honest concern for my condition. She took her time giving me time to ask & answer questions as she listened intently. Thereby, providing educated solutions to my problems, giving a positive plan & instructions to proceed. I left her office feeling much better.

Attention given to me by physicians and nurses was excellent. They were mi and attentive to my needs. They went over and above my expectations and were pleasant and caring. Anything I did not understand or help that I needed was given with patience and understanding.
