The doctor and the nurse assistant were very friendly and made me feel welcome as a new patient.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I think the Dr. didn’t realize I was a new patient because she didn’t introduce herself or anything. She may have read my medical record and was up to date, but we didn’t discuss any of my past medical issues. She was really nice once the ice was broken.

Dr Hayes is passionate and caring with me every visit. She listens to my concerns and addresses then accordingly. I always feel better after consulting with her and her team. Everyone is professional and helpful.

I appreciate that Dr. Hayes never makes me feel like a number. She spends time getting to know me and understand any issues. She is personable and knowledgeable!

During office visits, Dr. Hayes-Dixon always listens to and addresses my concerns in an unrushed manner . If I message through MyChart her response is consistently timely. I greatly appreciate her expertise and kind personality.

The medical assistant was warm, friendly and thorough. Dr Robinson Dickson is always kind, professional and matter of fact! I love her as a doctor and person.

I am thankful that Dr. Hayes could tell the reason for the symptoms and how to resolve them. I am now starting to feel better because I was able to see her. I am glad she is my primary care physician.

Dr. Hayes shows exemplary skills in listening, which makes for a more engaging and trusting experience. She listens, and still yet, finds a way to guide you into the areas of concerns that she might have in relation to the concerns you’re addressing and makes SURE that if a visit with a specialist needs to be done, “she’s on top of it”.

Dr. Hayes is also fantastic, accepting and non-judgmental, able to listen with consideration and adjust treatment based on my needs/concerns/etc.

During the time I was with Dr. Hayes I received high quality treatment, but I do wish doctors had more time to spend with individual patients.
