When I came, everybody was polite and really nice. And the doctor, Dr. Hay, she's a really good doctor. And I really like the staff there.

Dr. Hayes is the best provider I have ever had, and she listens and learns her patients thats why I have stuck with her wherever she goes. Thanks Dr. Hayes and also thank your MA as well she was pleasant and kind.

The entire team at this office was very kind and welcoming as a new patient. My husband and I left feeling supportive and informed. I learned a lot during this visit.

This was my second visit with my new care provider Dr. Jacqueline Hayes-Dickson. I was extremely impressed by how knowledgeable she was about my health history prior to walking into the room. She was very attentive and listened to what my concerns were. The team was timely and efficient. I had blood work completed and new what my results were within 24 hours. She also communicated with me prior to the end of our appointment how those tests results would be communicated. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience which was very positive.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Hayes always provides her undivided attention. I feel very comfortable with her discussing my feelings about my healthcare and what my primary concerns are. She listens carefully to my questions and asks me questions to make sure she provides the best appropriate way to address my health concerns. I trust her and I believe she has my best interests at heart. I can assure you other patients of hers feel the same way.

My appointment with Dr. Hayes was last week and it went very well. She listens to me and doesn’t downplay my concerns and is very proactive. I’m so glad I found this practice.

I feel the staff was very courteous and kind and listened and the doctor was very thorough, listened to me and ordered tests and made referrals according to what was needed and I am on the road to already feeling better. So excellent and I'm very happy.

Everything went well with my service and there's nothing more that I think you need to do to do better. You're already at the top of my list as far as medical service is concerned. I am very pleased with Dr. Hayes. Thank you.

I love Dr. Jaclyn Hayes as my physician. She is a great doctor. She always listens and she actually cares. Her bedside manners are wonderful. And I never plan on leaving as a patient of hers. Thank you, Dr. Hayes.

This was my almost 3-year-old’s first blood draw, so we were nervous. But from the moment we walked in at the front desk, everyone was calm, helpful, kind, patient, and understanding. Everything went very smoothly. We love your facility and all you offer, and my son said he is ready to go back. Thank you!
