Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Hayes took time to explain things, including why I needed to continue on a certain prescription. I simply was not used to that from my primary in recent past years.

My doctor listens to me and she sees me as a person, a women! She hears me. She takes time to understand what I’m feeling. I can leave just a comment for her. The ENTIRE staff of professional women are top tier. They are very welcoming, warm and friendly EVERY TIME I visit! They are absolutely amazing!

The whole staff was extraordinary with their service from the desk to the lab. I really enjoy my visit. It doesn't feel like doctor appointments. It feel like a team that cares.

Dr. Hayes always listens to all of my concerns. She is compassionate, and always answers all of my questions. I’m out of network now, but I continue to come to her because of the great care that she provides.

My primary care physician spent quality time with me, making sure my needs were met. She addressed my issues on a step by step basis and always asked if there’s any other concerns that I may want to discuss with her. I am pleased with the visit.;

Dr. Hayes is an excellent doctor. She treats you with kindness and utmost respect. Although I'm a senior compared to her. Her staff does the same. Excellent getting me in when it's urgent.

I had a good experience at the office during my visit, especially with Dr. Hayes. I feel at ease because Dr, Hayes is involved in my healthcare. She is very knowledgeable, understanding, and genuinely cares about me as a person, not just another patient. She also answered my questions well. I’m glad I picked her to be my primary care provider.

Dr. Hayes pays extraordinary attention to anything I say. Whenever I start talking to bring up a thought, she stops what she is doing, brings her hands together, and gives me her UNDEVIDED attention. It’s just remarkable. No other doctor in my lifetime has done this. I absolutely feel HEARD!

Have been going there for approximately 18 to 20 years and have had very good service. {Staff} retired and recommended Dr. Hayes and everything remained excellent. DR. Hayes had big shoes to fill and took over like the professional she is.
