Dr. Hayat Is absolutely the most pro patient provider I have ever met. I'm shocked and dismayed that you're not fighting hard to keep her. It was her family's vision that even started that clinic. My heart is broken to be losing her

I am disappointed and sad to know my Dr is leaving the practice but I understand as I have experienced the very same family priorities. I just hope and 🙏🏽 that my transition to a new physician will be as smooth and successful as when Dr. Hayat replaced her Sister as my Dr. I am a long standing patient and comfortable
