In the time I've been seeing her, I have always felt heard when bringing forth any sort of health issue. I know that even if she can't fix my issue right away she will take it seriously and provide solid guidance on how to recover/manage my ailment or (when appropriate) refer me to someone with specialized expertise who can help.

I recently had an appointment at Family Med, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience, especially with the Nurse Practitioner, Rebecca Hauck who attended to me. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The Nurse Practitioner was incredibly professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns.
She made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit, explaining every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. Her warm and compassionate approach put me at ease instantly. I never felt rushed, and she answered all my questions with patience and clarity.
What stood out to me the most was her genuine care and dedication to my well-being. She provided thoughtful recommendations and a personalized and thorough treatment plan that made me feel confident about my health journey. I left the office feeling reassured and well taken care of. I highly recommend Rebecca Hauck to anyone looking for top-notch medical care.
This was by far one of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had!

She is very informative and has great health advice. She is very supportive of my goals for self health and provides resources to accomplish these goals.
She is always quick to respond to concerns and works together with my psych to make sure I get the safest and best care.

I do not know how well I interacted with her, I had been very sick and we had a tele appointment. I do think possibly too much was covered during one appointment trying to address routine screening tests. If I am being honest I would probably elect to see another practitioner going forward. My health is important to me and I need to feel like my medical care is addressed by listening to my concerns and understanding my views.

Rachel seems to listen carefully and ask good questions however after this visit I was not pleased that she did not come back in after going out to call another doctor to get a medicine that I needed for my [ ] I think she should have come back and explain to me that she had made the arrangements and the idea of the cost of that because had I known how expensive it was I could have made arrangements through the bank before I went to the pharmacy
