Ms Hauck is very good, intelligent and sincere. Unlike many other primary care physicians, she doesn't have one eye on the clock. She takes the time needed to make the patient feel safe and cared for. A+ bedside manner.

In the time I've been seeing her, I have always felt heard when bringing forth any sort of health issue. I know that even if she can't fix my issue right away she will take it seriously and provide solid guidance on how to recover/manage my ailment or (when appropriate) refer me to someone with specialized expertise who can help.

I recently had an appointment at Family Med, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience, especially with the Nurse Practitioner, Rebecca Hauck who attended to me. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The Nurse Practitioner was incredibly professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns.
She made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit, explaining every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. Her warm and compassionate approach put me at ease instantly. I never felt rushed, and she answered all my questions with patience and clarity.
What stood out to me the most was her genuine care and dedication to my well-being. She provided thoughtful recommendations and a personalized and thorough treatment plan that made me feel confident about my health journey. I left the office feeling reassured and well taken care of. I highly recommend Rebecca Hauck to anyone looking for top-notch medical care.
This was by far one of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had!
