NP Hauck took more interest in my condition than any specialists or family doctors I’ve had over the years. When the medicine she prescribed seemed to be a bit took strong, she immediately answered my request about another option. I have never been given such attentiveness.

Again, I felt like she really listened to what I was saying, and offered things we could try for my issues that are very suited to me and not invasive to try first to say if it makes a difference. I left feeling positive and comfortable with my care plan.

Very polite caring and hand's on about her patients. Listen to all your concerns then let you not leave her office w/o a plan that you two come up with. Also before you leave she makes sure that you have the number to get intouch with her or her staff if there is any questions.

Failure to communicate actions needed. Did not receive visitation summary explanation on what medication has changed, or what I need to do next. Left me in the room for an hour and I didn't know that they were done. I will not be going to her again. A team member is encouraged to reach out and reschedule me with a different pcp.

Rebecca Hauck listens to me as a patient, and takes my care preferences and needs into consideration. She is an amazing provider and I'm lucky to have her. I wish I could find a provider like her for my daughter!
