Dr. Chieng was very informative and direct, nice disposition and I understood what he was telling me about my medical visit. He spent about 20 minutes with me and I do have a follow up with him soon.

There was very little wait time between the various stages of my appointment which is greatly appreciated. I waited in the reception area for 5 minutes or so, then the nurse, the technician and the doctor each met with me one after another with no delay. I was impressed by this team's coordination. Thank you.
