The doctor made me feel very comfortable. She handled an additional situation after my appointment was over. She offered advice on moisturizing products. I was pleased with my first visit with Dr. Hatcher.

Dr. Hatcher was AMAZING. She thoroughly listened to my history and was the first Dr in 4 years to finally diagnose a chronic situation. She followed up with me regarding my labs and offered secondary information to help me better understand my condition.
She is a true medical breath of fresh air!!

She takes her time to hear and listen to her patients and provide visual aids to show what is happening with your condition.

She took the time to ask me about my symptoms and how they're impacting my daily life. Then, when she was prescribing me some medicine, she looked up the cost of each one to make sure it wouldn't be too expensive. I felt like she really cared about making sure I stay healthy and that I don't spend too much money if I don't have to.

Today was my first visit with Dr Hatcher and she really made me feel comfortable. I was nervous about beginning care with another doctor, as I had been with my previous doctor for 20 years. But she made the visit very comfortable and I'm glad I chose her as my new doctor.
