The staff is great but I can’t say the same thing about the doctor. We travel from Florida to UAB rent a hotel and everything just to see the doctor which doesn’t do anything and I don’t think he even listens to what a person has to say. I only came to UAB because everyone told me I needed to go to a better facility to help me but honestly going to UAB was a waste of time and money.

10 the appointment was a very Positive experience, as it has been any visit we have had!
We have to travel 3 hours to get to UAB .. it is worth every mile we drive.
Dr Fathallah Shaykh,
He makes you feel at ease, even when the visits are months apart, it like part of your family.
The encouragement and medical attention he gives is above any other we have seen. His Expertise in his field speaks volumes !!

Yes, I would like to share that the doctor, who examined my mom acted as if, "he didn't want to touch her" doing our visit. He could've used gloves or whatever but he changed I guess when he saw the way I was watching him.
