All was done in good order.

Waited over 45 minutes past appointment time to be seen. We had arrived early for our appointment but still waited 45 minutes past the appointment time. No one thought to tell us the doctor was running late.

Dr Hanif explained what bypass surgery would consist of in a way my wife and I could understand. He was not in any hurry and was with us until we were comfortable with what the bypass surgery would entail.
