My 12/5/25 appointment @ 9:15 I was not attended in a timely manor. And promised to contact me with my Potassium Test rests letting me know if my 12/11/25 schedule L Hip Replacement was still on schedule for my surgery with Dr K Wang. No Regard to me over the weekend leaving me in anxiety Not Professional.

Raelynn went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and supported every step of the way. The staff worked together seamlessly, showing not only great skill but true empathy for their patients. Within a few minutes she could see exactly what my issue was and explained the 2 options we had. I decide on a cortisone shot for my trigger thumb and after going over its effects it was all done within another 5 minutes. Explained what to look out for down the line, so if it ever comes back she will be the first person I go to.
