I truly appreciate how Dr. Hartnett cares about me as a person. Her ability to make me feel safe, heard and cared for is unmatched. I appreciate that she asks me questions about my life, shares about hers, and sees how things are before moving straight into the exam. I appreciate her care, her hope and her kindness.
