It was a great appointment and Carrie was very caring. She answered all of my questions and I really felt like she understood everything I was trying to get across and I was very happy when I walked out of there.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I absolutely adore Kari Hart, she is the most compassionate and understanding NP. She went above and beyond to help me get medications I needed, give me financial paperwork because I am uninsured, by far exceeded my expectations and made me feel heard.

Kari took her time and listened to me when I was explaining my issues. She made me feel so comfortable.

Carrie Hart is the one that treats me. She always listens to everything that I tell her. She explains things back to me. She works with me to find the best care for me. You know, I just, I cannot say enough good about her. I don't think I've ever had anyone treat me with more compassion and easilier to understand. And I'm just really grateful for her.

Finally found a medical provider that I like since losing Dr. Mossman. Ms. Hart was a delight and went over all my questions/needs. Happy patient!

I have found upon every visit or call everyone at the Bethalto facility to be very helpful and very friendly. I have never had a negative experience.

Kari is great!! She always listens and takes time with you and never makes you feel rushed! I haven't felt so cared for by a provider in a while!
