Thank you for the amazing care. Dr. Harris provided reassurance and I feel like I was receiving the best care possible. He also encouraged me to reach out if I had any questions or concerns and I am confident he would respond. He really listened and answered my questions and took his time explaining things in a way I could understand.

The fact that this appointment was Halloween morning, he introduced himself as Dr. Yellow M&M, setting a light tone for what was to be a more serious discussion. His recommendations were explained very well, did not rush, was genuinely concerned, attentive and respectful.
