I was being seen to primarily establish care with an PCP and discuss my hypertension. During the visit, the doctor did not show any empathy regarding my feelings or concerns. I express my feelings of anxiety, my episodes of crying appetite loss and ability to sleep. None of those things were addressed. I discussed personal things within my home to which I have expressed feelings of depression and seeing a therapist. I informed the doctor of the discussions with my therapist. My blood pressure was taken, it was extremely high and not notated my blood pressure was took again manually on the other arm and then notated. I explained the medication prescribed to treat my blood pressure, I have only been taking periodically. Instead of discussing these health issues or truly addressing any of my other health concerns, it was suggested to increase the dosage of a medication that I don’t take Daily. I express my concern with my emotionally mentally and physically, not feeling the same since the birth of my daughter two years ago in recent infidelity issues. I was extremely upset. There was no true empathy or concern shown during the visit and to read my after visit only deepen my feelings. The doctor never asked me how often I drink alcohol and then put on my after visit notes we discuss alcohol abuse, complete lie. The doctor was very vague and very short and no way did I feel as though she cared about my health. I express my concerns with providers not listening to my health concerns. I discussed previous issues with Miss diagnosis. To see a diagnosis of adjustment disorder was upsetting, knowing you are having anxiety issues, issues sleeping, loss of weight, continuous headaches, mood swings episodes of crying. Yes, some of these symptoms are new, but most of these symptoms have been present since the delivery of my last child provider did not care to even ask that. Other than some of the STD testing orders place, I was never informed of all orders/Lab request placed, and why. I will never see this provider again.

She's personable and knowledgeable it's the scheduling that would be an issue. In the beginning, there was an issue with staff that caused me some concern with getting my medication.
