Dr. Harris in Hut are always excellent and go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I understand my treatment

Honestly my overall experience was awful and will not be proceeding with Dr. Harris as a general doctor.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
My initial entrance to the facility was okay and the nurses attended to me right away. I have really bad anxiety and have not gone to a doctor in over 10 years due to being my anxiety. I entered the room and my anxiety had been at a 10. Instead of Dr. Harris guiding me on my concerns I was met with questioning to the point of shutting down. As a doctor especially a doctor of general practice she should be more open to listening to the patients request and assisting them on understanding exactly what was being requested. I will not be returning to her and will have to being my journey once again on trying to locate a new general doctor. I think that she should work on her bed side manners and should work with patients instead of shutting them down.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I waited over an hour just to see my Dr. for 7 mins? I have work, and this wait time is unacceptable. At one point I was looking to see if I can leave and look for another Dr in my network.

Dr Harris and staff were kind, thorough, and efficient. I received wonderful care and was on my way out the door 10 min after my scheduled appointment time.

Dr. Harris is a very good doctor who always shows care for my well=being. I was extremely happy to find that she had restarted practice in Belleville when she moved from Alton. I'll gladly drive further to retain her as my doctor.

The check-in staff was very polite and kind. Dr. Harris was amazingly concerned about my health and safety. Had already reviewed my history and was very thorough in getting me on track with my healthcare concerns.

It was my first time visiting, and I felt very welcomed and taken care of while I was there. Everyone acted with professionalism, kindness, and respect. I was really happy because I've heard some horror stories about other people's first interaction with a PCP and I couldn't be more grateful that I didn't have a bad experience. I will definitely continue care with Dr. Harris and her team!

The entire team from the check in desk all the way through. Everyone was very personable and knowledgeable about all services that was offered. I felt very comfortable asking questions and I received answers on the spot.

This was my first visit with a new doctor and it was amazing. Dr. Harris was very personable as well as the young ladies who assisted. I’m very happy that I selected Dr. Harris as my primary care physician.

Dr. Harris makes me feel like she truly cares about quality treatment for me. I’m willing to drive twice as far to see her than before.
