I like Dr. Washington. She’s very thorough but if I can’t see her for a sick visit for my kids, then that’s a problem. Kids get sick unexpectedly, but when I am told that she’s not available or the nurse practitioners when I have kids that are patient of hers and not being able to be seen is a problem.

She’s professional, and she listens and express concerns concerning any ongoing problems, and seemingly always covers the questions that I might have missed, once I have explained what’s going on. Always friendly.
