I did have to wait a half hour in the online waiting room. I was wondering if I had been missed.

Everyone I talked to seemed interested in my condition and responded very timely. I was very impressed since it was an after hours situation and they were able to assist me so quickly.

She listened to everything I had to say and agreed with me on the reason that. She was super friendly and very attentive and even called me before the appointment to double-check a couple things and verify that she understood what I wrote before we got into our appointment.
