Dr. Harper is truly an amazing Dr. He listens carefully, addresses any and all questions or concerns, works with the patient to choose the best path going forward, has a fabulous personality and is just a great guy.

Dr. Harper is top notch in my book. Totally on top of my ailment right from the get go. After thorough examination and assessment of my joint issue made spot on diagnosis and recommendation for treatment. It has been a year since surgery and totally free of pain and discomfort. Very, very happy with outcome. Beyond the professionalism and concern for treating my issue Dr. Harper’s demeanor in communicating with me and his general enthusiasm for providing a positive patient outcome are
immensely refreshing. Definitely, absolutely recommend him.

Dr. Harper is caring man who seems to really be involved in the procedures he is doing. He has great bedside (in office) manners and thoroughly explains the procedures his is doing. I would recommend him with an A+ rating.

The only issue with my appointment is that Dr Harper was going to have an antibiotic prescription called in for me and it still has not been done two days later.

Dr. Harper was excellent from beginning to the end of two knee replacements within three months time. If I had it to do again, I would be happy for him to be the surgeon. He was always friendly and available.
