Again, I was pleasantly surprised with first meeting with Dr. Harper. Very calming bedside manner. Dr. Harper made me feel at ease while dealing with choices in my care. I almost cancelled out of nervousness, meeting a new ortho doctor, I'm so glad I did not. I can now heal knowing also if I need anything he said he is there for me.

Very impressed with Dr. Harper. He was professional, thorough and patient with discussing my issues He made sure to understand my knee past history and explained my conditions and all options. I never felt limited to the amount of time he had for me. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Harper is a consummate professional who clearly knows what he is doing. He has outstanding bedside manners, explains complex topics well, and answers questions patiently and thoroughly. My total hip replacement surgery went incredibly well.
