My first visit with Mr. Cooper was a good visit. However at this visit on March 4 was very different. Mr. Cooper did not make eye contact with me. He went through the questions as quickly as he could. When he got up to leave the room he turned his back to walk out of the room and dismissed me. Very different than my first visit last year.

Would appreciate a more detailed document when we are finished with our visit that includes notes about what we discussed. What we receive is very top line.

Each person that helped us went out of their way to cheerfully do so .
Always a Great experience. We are so Thankful for Matt Cooper. He answers Every question in a way that we can understand. He answers our questions until he is sure that we have no more. At a time like this, The Memory Center seems to realize every need of the patient and the caregivers ( hopefully family).

The whole team was very pleasant and very attentive to our concerns. They were thorough with their assessment, and they also took time to listen, answer questions and offer their knowledge and information, as well as suggestions on how to deal with our concerns.

The only thing that I wish would change, is the fact of someone there making my mom's appts w/out asking what works for us. I work & I have to arrange appointments w/ my schedule. So every time the office sends me a pre-made appt w/out asking, I always have to change it. That's my only complaint!! Love Matt Cooper & his staff!! Thank you!!

Wonderful, caring, professional staff who know how to make people feel comfortable and reassured they are getting the best possible care available. Very patient in explaining difficult assessments etc. would recommend anyone with neurological issues to go here first. Thank you.

From the minute, you walk in the staff is so helpful and nice. And Matt Cooper is awesome. He is very thorough and will answer all your questions no matter how many there are. I am going to start using more doctors there because the doctors here in Montgomery are not very good or thorough.

Took us in right at our appointment time, as always. Very open and friendly staff. Took time to answer our many questions and answer those questions in language I can understand. That takes extra effort and I appreciate that.
