Provider explained procedure and diagnosis in detail. Took the time to answer all our questions. Left feeling reassured and relieved. Office staff and procedure coordinator were helpful. Hopefully the scheduler will call us soon. Would highly recommend the provider and his office. Explanation and professionalism has allayed fear of undergoing surgery to a certain extent. Five stars for sure.

Well, I can't complain. Excellent and admirable care. The first time I went, I left because I was afraid they'd charge me, and I automatically wouldn't even get back in the car to go home. A young lady who helped me called me on the phone, speaking to me in Spanish. I informed her I didn't have money to pay, and she said no, I do, and gave me another appointment for the following week. She told me not to worry, that all of that was the hospital's responsibility. And as for how well I was, I was perfectly cared for, and everything was perfect. The doctor saw me less than five minutes after I arrived and told me everything was fine. Thank you.
