She made me very at ease and was very friendly. She examined me and assured me that my problem was good and I didn’t have to come back for a year and to call if I had any problem.

Very efficient and positive. I did not feel any pain or discomfort when she removed a concerning spot on my neck. She gave me the advice I needed to take care of my dry skin.

She was great! Checked my areas of concern: explained no need to worry about them. ( old age spots!!) And was thorough with a full body check . I’m relieved and happy I had her check me out!

Jessica is the best. She walks you thru what she is doing before and during procedure. Also explains your after care. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Jessica made me feel very welcome and provided me with a gown for the examination. She did a very thorough examination and asked if I had any skin issues that I needed an explanation. On conclusion she asked if my annual exam would be better at the Ankeny Mercy Clinic, which it would be. It was very thoughtful. I am very happy, and I had no issues to treat.

Amanda is excellent. She is very thorough, and does not make the appointment feel rushed. She took the time to review all of my identified concerns and went through them and explained why she was/wasn't concerned and what to keep an eye on.
