A office visit with Dr Elmadhy is like sitting down with a good friend who takes time to assure you they are there to help. Always listens to my concerns, no matter how trivial, and gives me back information I can understand. He’s the Doctor we all want, I’m glad I’m one of his patients.

Dr. Elmahdy is very easy to talk with about my heart health. He listens and gives me a realistic view of my options. I feel very calm when I meet with him, even if his updates are not as good as I would like. I would definitely refer people to Dr. Elmahdy.

I loved the fact that Dr.[ ] as well as Dr.Elmahdy were both considerate to the fact that I don’t have health insurance and their staff even offered to help get assistance to pay for the visits. Great staff for Great doctors.

He was most professional. Had knowledge of my history. This was my first apt with him. He even explained his past professional history when he introduced himself. I was very impressed with his manner and explained next step well giving me options. I was very pleased to be under his care.

We happened to have the latest appt on Halloween. While the purpose of it was to adjust a [ ] to meet a body change - [ ]- that was taken care of quickly & reasonably by Dr Elmahdy, a comment is needed to reflect on the 'spirit of the staff'! Everyone encountered had taken the spirit of Halloween to the next level... costumes, decorations at their desks, smiles always. The winner clearly was Bob (I have a picture) who brought smiles & laughter to everyone's faces! Now patients are there for serious issues, but the staff realized & demonstrated the power of levity taking that extra effort of making the environment 'fun' for just a bit! Bares mentioning, but the staff is ALWAYS that great to deal with!
