I totally appreciate that Dr Hansen has office hours outside of Hartford. I still have to travel 45 minutes to Vernon , but it is way better that having to go into Hartford.

Dr Hansen was very personable. It was clear that she knew what she was doing, and took the time to make me feel comfortable. She explained things in a way i could understand, without making me feel like she was talking down to me.

Dr. Hansen listens and explains everything as she's working on the patient and then she takes the time to chat with the person as if we were sharing a cup of coffee. So engaging..
