She is busy and especially since you lost Carolyn. When it was noticed that I was having to see another provider, they did call and find a way to fit me in to the schedule.

It has been difficult to connect with this provider. My most recent visit was to give her a chance and she did well. I will continue with her I am able to see her when I need to, and she truly listens to my concerns

prescribed a medicine previously and when I got home realized she hadn’t even asked if it helped. Learned from the pharmacist I was to use the steroid no longer than 2 weeks..
