I had an echo and then I had an appointment scheduled with Jill right after the echo which they tried to change to a video appointment because she was unaware of my echo. I was impressed that the staff was able to handle that mixup and straighten it out immediately.

Ms. Hanks provided supportive and constructive care, not only during the appointment but afterwards as well. She is extremely gifted as a medical professional and a caring human being. What more could one ask for?

Short waiting time, the doctor and PA does not rush through your reports but explains things in a way you can understand. They take your health and wellbeing seriously.
