Dr. Haney gives the time you need for your questions to be answered and understood . If I forgot to ask a question I can go on my chart to ask her, always she has answered my question with a day or two. You just don't see that happen with all Dr.s. Dr.Haney is very kind and makes you feel comfortable at each visit.

Dr. Haney prescribed an 'ear wax removal' procedure when she looked in my left ear that had lost its ability to hear. The nurse who completed the project was absolutely fantastic and pulled out a huge piece of ear wax! The hearing resumed at 100% immediately! Discomfort ceased and it was great to be 'back to normal' again! Thank you for the opportunity to relay this message! Your providers are absolutely wonderful, caring and competent! The BEST!!

In my past experience with GP's, especially as I've gotten older, I have felt rushed and treated with condescension, rather than respectfully. I've felt pushed to take treatments I don't want and have, therefore, avoided going to a doctor at all. Dr. Haney DID offer or suggest treatments but she didn't pressure me or make me feel like I was unwise or incapable of making my own decisions about my healthcare preferences. I appreciate that VERY MUCH. I will see her again, should a need arise.

Dr. Mason is my regular doctor and I really like him. He was not in so I saw Dr. Haney. She was good. Dr. Mason is still my favorite but she was very good also.
