I had a truly exceptional experience for my first time visit to this office. I felt cared for, listened to, and left with everything I was hoping to gain or get scheduled with this appointment. I could not be happier with the care provided here! Hanane Chaibainou the APN I saw, had an impeccable bedside manner! She was caring, kind, and addressed all my concerns without rushing through the appointment. She was thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and cannot thank her enough for everything!

Was seen 10 minutes after appointment time. Also, front office personnel were involved in their PERSONAL conversation rather than attending to the folks at the window. Doctors + nurses were VERY good courteous and professional.

When I went in the door, I was greeted very nicely. The clerk at the desk took good care of me, and the doctor was fabulous. I loved her. She was very, very, very wonderful. I can't say enough about her. The first time I ever met her, and she listened intently. She was kind. She was considerate and understanding, and she knew exactly what she was talking about. Thank you so much for giving me the chance to say yes. I'll give her a 10.

Hanane Chaibainou is truly one of the best providers I have ever been treated by. From the very first visit, she listened to me with patience, empathy, and genuine care. She did not rush me, she validated my symptoms, and she made me feel heard and understood-something that is extremely important, especially when dealing with complex and chronic conditions. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and professional, and at the same time very compassionate. She took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of my care. I am extremely grateful to have been seen by her, and I truly wish more providers approached patients with the same level of dedication and humanity. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who truly cares about their patients.

It is always a pleasure visiting this practice. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming with great attitudes. Things operate efficiently and appointments always go off without a hitch. Dr. C made me feel comfortable during my appointment and validated my concerns for coming in. She was friendly, easy to talk to and took her time to explain everything to me. I could tell right away that she was very knowledgeable and I felt like I was in good hands. I liked that she gave me options for moving forward with my care and let me decide the next best steps. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a top notch neurologist who has a wonderful bedside manner.

Spent 4 minutes telling me everything I'm allergic to and how they can't help me. Sending me to a specialist which is fine but someone could have told me they are the appt for me and not just say it's on this day at this time. It was complete waste of my time.

I've had headaches most of my life and finally at 34 I was prescribed something that actually helped. The injection Aimovig was suggested and prescribed to me from the nurse practitioner which since I've started taking it, I haven't had headaches nearly as much. Maybe once a month. Love this office and how accommodating they are with scheduling also

dr. chaibainou was so attentive and took all of my concerns seriously. i sometimes get neevous going to new doctors because i never know if they will listen and understand but she seemed to have done eveything in her power to make sure i was comfortable and gave me a time line and plan of what our next steps were. i really felt comfortable in talking to her, she was great!!

I was very happy with the visit. It's the first time I saw Dr. Hanane. She's very nice, she's thorough, and she seems competent, and I really liked her very much. She's a nice personality too, which is a plus. And she asked me certain questions and figured out what is going on with me, and she included my answers in how she figured to treat me. So I just think everything was very good, and thank you.
