My provider listens! We have conversations that make me feel like she really cares. I take my health seriously and have complete trust in her and any recommendations she may have for me.

Hanane Chaibainou is Great she's kind and she takes time to listen to what you have to say I trust her with my health overall well-being. The Staff at this office are always kind to me .Thank you for the Dr& Staff

Visit seemed somewhat rushed, especially at the end. Dr. Chaibainou was pleasant and generally asked good questions. The patient was still left with the question "what is a follow-up visit intended to accomplish" and we are still not sure of that.

This is seriously the BEST Neuro dr I ever had and highly recommend her to friends and family. She is really knowledgeable, helpful and understanding!!! 5 stars.

Dr. Chaibainou is absolutely fantastic! She took the time to provide us her background as a Neurologist, and listened while we gave her a medical history on my husband. She has a plan of action and allowed us time to ask our questions. We couldn't be more happy as we are in good hands with Dr. Chaibainou! Thank you!

Hi, I thought the young lady who brought us back was very professional. She explained to me, she was very concerned with my blood pressure. She was very accurate. She had great bedside manner. As far as the doctor, she was very pleasant. She had great bedside manner. She knew exactly what she was talking about. She explained to me her concerns. She expressed to me how she didn't believe certain things were, you know, what I thought they were going on. And I just thought everyone made me very comfortable. So yes, I would refer and yes, I would come back. And yes, I would definitely recommend and give her and the young lady who brought us back a 10 out of 10.

I would highly recommend Dr Chaibainou and staff. I felt seen and heard. We have an action plan set and I know I can call with any questions or concerns. Very happy to have found this office.

The physician met with me for 3 minutes and did not have her camera on despite me asking her to turn on her camera.

Dr. C is just a fantastic doctor! She listens and makes you feel like you are a part of your treatment plan always - not just 'you need to do this and have to do that'.. She is wonderful.

Dr. C was very thorough in her evaluation and shared what she thought was rhe underlying issues but wants to have an MRI and ex-rays of the lumbar area of my back to learn more before making decisions and plan. She took her time with me and put me at ease. Tests will be scheduled.

I feel in person would have been more beneficial. However I think it was okay, it was my first video dr appointment. I guess I'll just have to get used to it. Otherwise the Dr seems to have made a connection with what my problem might be. I'm to have a cervical spine MRI to try to pinpoint the diagnosis.

Love this place. Unhappy with the recent changes to having every appointment be in person rather than being able to alternate between in person and telehealth visits. This isn't the office fault but a new policy of Virtua .

I had a truly exceptional experience for my first time visit to this office. I felt cared for, listened to, and left with everything I was hoping to gain or get scheduled with this appointment. I could not be happier with the care provided here! Hanane Chaibainou the APN I saw, had an impeccable bedside manner! She was caring, kind, and addressed all my concerns without rushing through the appointment. She was thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and cannot thank her enough for everything!

Was seen 10 minutes after appointment time. Also, front office personnel were involved in their PERSONAL conversation rather than attending to the folks at the window. Doctors + nurses were VERY good courteous and professional.

When I went in the door, I was greeted very nicely. The clerk at the desk took good care of me, and the doctor was fabulous. I loved her. She was very, very, very wonderful. I can't say enough about her. The first time I ever met her, and she listened intently. She was kind. She was considerate and understanding, and she knew exactly what she was talking about. Hanane Chaibainou is truly one of the best providers I have ever been treated by. From the very first visit, she listened to me with patience, empathy, and genuine care. She did not rush me, she validated my symptoms, and she made me feel heard and understood-something that is extremely important, especially when dealing with complex and chronic conditions. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and professional, and at the same time very compassionate. She took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of my care. I am extremely grateful to have been seen by her, and I truly wish more providers approached patients with the same level of dedication and humanity. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who truly cares about their patients.

It is always a pleasure visiting this practice. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming with great attitudes. Things operate efficiently and appointments always go off without a hitch. The scheduling process is always painless and straight to the point. I would highly recommend coming here to ANYONE.
