I finally have found a provider who is perfect for me and tries to meet my medication and personal. He told me next visit we can see how the medications worked and if not he will try a different medication. I really enjoyed my time with him and he listens with great care, thank you for matching me with the perfect provider

I want to please thank Dr. Hammack so very much for the lovely rainbow 🌈 bandaid that he put on my shoulder after the shot. My arm feels better already! But that band aid made a huge hit with my class! 😆😊❤️ I bet he knew that there would be 14 three year olds wanting to inspect his work as soon as I got back to school!!

Dave always takes time to review my blood work. Explains in terms I can understand and provides suggestions where I can improve my health when needed.

Did not mean to hit no on question about able to get a convenient appt, shoukd have been yes. They are great about scheduling, appts are always close to the appt time. David is great at explaining everything and great at coming up with a plan that works for you.

Outstanding! Dr Hammack listens then he tells me what he suggests and then he follows up without me having to call back. For example I needed to see a specialist once I leave the office I have a million things on my mind within a couple days the specialist office is calling to set up an appointment because Dr Hammack did what he said he’d do. Another ex: I had a discomfort in my lower back before for months Dr Hammack stayed on my Insurance company until they approved my MRI after they denied It. I ended up having a cyst in my lower back. I would recommend a friend, a foe, a cat and a dog (I know he’s not a vet) to receive the best care from Dr Hammack who doesn’t rush you and most importantly hears you and follow through every time. I’m very grateful 😊

I have been with him for years. We've established a relationship. He knows me well. He understands my health issues and he usually gets ahead of them before I can even ask a question. I am happy with him

Takes his time with you .He doesn't rush you.he has a good knowledge of your problems and if he is not sure he looks into it or recommends someone who deals with the problem. Mm
