Your question about hand sanitizer is incomplete. No spot for‘I don’t know’ or n/a. My care takers were wearing gloves. Why would one use sanitizer?

I arrive an hour early but the receptionist was very nice and said they would try to get me in a little early. They were very busy but got me in 10 minutes earlier.
