Everything changed it’s so bad appointments and Referrals the People not giving any attention to customers my Dr say I have to get Mammogram and trying to explain to front desk and they not even know how !!! it’s so bad

Make sure pharmacy gives better notification to the members of Chen about where their medications are. I was told by one of the pharmacy reps that I needed to pick up my medication at CVS. When I contacted CVS to find out if it was ready to be picked up they had nothing there for me. I called Chen and the young lady I spoke with notified me that she has the pharmacy on the line and they said it was there at Chen and they could have it delivered to me on Friday. I chose to pick it up myself at Chen. I'm Glad I called because I had not heard from the pharmacy.
