I appreciate how timely the wait period is. If there is a delay, due to emergencies, I am kept up-to-date and this makes the wait acceptable. I also value the consistency of the same nurse and medical assistant.

As usual, The entire staff are very welcoming and helpful. Dr. ElMasri listens intently to my concerns and always responds with suggestions and when necessary orders imaging and tests, to help with a diagnosis. I always feel like I am in the best of care and I have been with Chen for approx. 10years-They are the best I could ever hope for!!!
