My cancerous left kidney, stage 3 was found on a CAT Scan by chance as the CAT scan was to look for something else. I was then referred to Dr. Hall who saved my life removing my left cancerous kidney. Soon after my kidney surgery, I reentered the ER due to extreme back pain. A preliminary scan showed that my gallbladder needed to be removed. Dr. Hall had came to see me on her own personal time because she heard I was back in the hospital. She suggested it might just be severe constipation because of the pain meds I had been on. So I trusted her advice and waited for the final results to come in from the scan. I'm glad I did because four hours later, the final result came in showing that my gallbladder was healthy and I was soon released with meds for the constipation. Dr. Hall not only saved my life, removing my left kidney, but she also prevented a healthy organ (my gallbladder) from being taken out of my body unnecessarily before the final result came in. In addition to the above, Dr. Hall also always took her time explaining things in easy to understand terms and took the time to listen to my questions. I felt listened to and knew that she really cares about her patients. Her staff (nurse and receptionist) also care very much for their patients. They are all very professional, friendly and work efficiently with each other. During my recent check up, the receptionist asked if I was ok as I was about to leave. I told her yes except my blood sugar was very low (49 as I'm a Diabetic) and I had left my sugar carbs in my vehicle. She asked if I wanted some crackers and she actually ran to get the crackers as well as ran back to me with the crackers. And, she brought two different kind of crackers for me to choose from (cheese and crackers as well as peanut butter and crackers). I told her that she didn't need to run but she insisted and said it wasn't a problem. That's dedication and I believe it not only shows the staff's commitment to go above and beyond but also the same type of commitment and dedication that flows from the top, Dr. Hall. A recent 6 month CAT scan showed the cancer had not returned. Thank you Dr. Hall you and your staff, are awesome!

Dr. Hall even check in on me on her own time, when I had to go to the hospital after I had been released from my kidney surgery due to extreme contispation.
