The provider walked into a very complicated case. Not all medical notes were on Hopkins data base. She did an excellent job reading up on five months of info. She was very thorough.

I've met with Haja Bah on a couple of occasions reference my BP, prior to seeing [staff] in late June. She is an extremely knowledgeable NP and takes time to discuss my condition, past and present medications and reasons meds sometimes need to be adjusted. Very calming demeanor and makes sure all my questions have been answered.

Provider understood my medical history; ordered EKG while there. Asked pertinent questions. Assured me that my condition was steady; that AFibs are not necessarily troublesome and suggested that they may be a result of my recent COVID.

I appreciate the prompt and excellent care I received from Haja Bah and [staff]. I came in with shortness of breath and they ran and examined numerous tests. Haja Bah promised I would not leave until they "got to the bottom of this." [staff] came in and assured me that It was not a heart problem. I was much relieved. He prescribed an anti-biotic and I feel better now.

I was not schedule to see her, but [staff] was called away on a cardiac emergency. She stepped in to manage my visit on an unplanned basis. She was excellent -- attentive, thorough, and knowledgeable.

Ms. Bah, who works closely with [staff], my cardiologist, was punctual, prepared for my visit, reviewed up-to-date data with me and answered my questions. She was courteous and very professional. This was a post op visit and I came away informed and reassured.
