I’ve only met Kristen Hainey twice and each time she made me feel comfortable. She was very thorough in her assessment of my medical problem and asked lots of questions of me until she made sure of the medical services I needed. She is very skilled and didn’t rush me as some doctors do. I appreciated that.

Very nice and polite and she definitely paid attention to all my concerns without making me feel uncomfortable or upset. This was my first visit with her and i will continue to go to her. I was very comfortable and she was very reassuring!
