I am somewhat confused about the summary I received. I it says to stop taking some of the meds I usually take but Dr. Hailu did not discuss this with me. I will have to call and get clarification.

The previous visits the doctor was okay. This time he lacked any bedside manner. I was afraid to ask questions. This heart problem is new and scary to me. I dont understand why this is happening and he was lacking understanding my feelings.

I was very thankful to be fitted into a recently cancelled appointment slot. All staff from Office Manager, to doctor's secretary, to front office workers to check out were extremely pleasant and caring. They really should be commended given the high volume of calls and patients coming through demanding their time and attention. Please make sure this sentiment gets communicated.

I felt things were not explained to me. He listened, but I don’t think he heard what I was saying. He had already made up his mind and was inflexible. Ultimately cost me unnecessarily in additional time, appointments and money
