Both the nurse who takes me back and PA Hahn are empathetic and helpful in answering questions and concerns, especially considering my needle phobia. Their professionalism and care are immensely appreciated!

PA Hahn very effectively explained aspects of my knee X-rays.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. I was brought into a room 15 minutes before my scheduled time. Everything went exceptional. I'm very pleased.

PA Hahn explained to me what’s happening on my knees particularly on my R-Knee that has a meniscus's tear. He explained that a procedure will help since the cortisone shots wasn’t working anymore. He made me understand what is going to happen. Great help!

Gannan is extraordinary. He's personable, an active listener, and very engaging. He was very prepared for the appointment as it was obvious he had read my chart/notes from the questions asked and comments made.

Alice (nurse) who removed surgical staples was kind and compassionate. Felt extremely comfortable with Dr. Ganan Hahn. He went over x-ray findings in detail and he was very understanding of my mother’s hearing loss and explained everything very well.

Ganin is such a fantastic medical professional. He always goes above and beyond to explain current treatment and how future treatments of my knees will progress (and advises me if changes to look out for indicating the needs to step up treatments for pain relief)

Mr. Ganan did a great job during my visit. He explain the condition of my knee upon reading the result of my X-rays, He took time to explain what needs to expect on my knee condition.

I find it refreshing to meet with a person who already knows how to give excellent patient care. Don't run across this kind of care as often anymore.
