Again, I had a lovely experience with her a year ago. The lack of preparation for my appointment and lack of reassurance that wait time issues that I had experienced were a one off or even a simple apology would have gone a long way.

I love Dr. Hagroo however, I have a problem with trying to get her once your appointment is over and you leave the office. I feel like you’re out of luck. It’s so hard to get a message to her to get a response.
