I feel Lauren was very thoughtful, took time to ask questions and answer questions, and made me comfortable and heard. She was excellent.

Communication was terrible so any improvement would be helpful, in person and then with the nurse practitioner on a video call .. all the information was different. Very frustrating for a very serious medical condition of my son.

I feel that doctor and Lauren are very easy to talk to and understand, and they never make me feel rushed.

When wrapping my hand the bandage was too wide and uncomfortable. She immediately left and found another that was more in my comfort zone.

Absolutely nothing!! I left the appointment feeling grateful for such a high level of medical care, kindness towards me as an individual and such a stellar medical facility!

The nurse practitioner Lauren was excellent! It was my first meeting with her. She did a great job teaching me about my lab findings and how they applied to my current illness. She was very thorough.

I appreciated that Lauren was open in stating that there were things she didnt know or wasnt familiar with and she'd work to educate herself on them. She provided helpful instructions for navigating to the radiology area.

Everyone whom we saw was very courteous kind and Helpful. They showed extreme Patience, I was in a good deal of pain. I love the ease of being able to talk to my caregiver and that it was recorded for her accuracy and remembrance. Lorean Was very thorough, knowledgeable and heard all of the things I was dealing with. I was very impressed. In other words she got me!

I feel like I had a perfect appointment and nothing else could have been done better than it was.

It was the first time I met Nurse Practitioner Hagerty . She was a wonderful listener and felt that she really cared about me. I would be happy to continue to see her for medical care. I had several questions and she answered all of them.
