It was my first time meeting Lauren Hagerty. It was an excellent appointment for me. All of my concerns were addressed in a professional, and kind and empathetic manner. I left the appointment understanding my condition and the recommended plan for treatment. I would have no hesitation scheduling any future appointments with Lauren. I thanked Lauren for being a part of the medical team.

The nurse practitioner Lauren was excellent because she explained in detail about needing to get an X-ray for my finger. She also suggested that I see a specialist about my finger to make sure it’s healing properly,
