I feel everyone at the Cuba Medical Office are great and care about our heath from the front desk to all the health care givers. We especially love Sandy's care over the years. She's a jewel.

Sandy is always an excellent care provider. I appreciate her common sense approach, compassion, and willingness to really listen to her patients. We are so thankful to have her as our family's care provider.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Sandy saw me in an emergency situation because my regular provider's schedule was full. I had injured a muscle in my buttock and was in supreme pain. She made her decision based on my medical history and she and her staff followed up by providing test results and were gracious when I explained to them that I was able to schedule a follow-up with my provider. Sandy, as well as her staff, are courteous, kind, and considerate.

Sandy was so quick to contact me with a prescription issue at the pharmacy and got it resolved. She also listens and is not rushing.

Sandy is always kind and compassionate, spending just the right amount of time during my visits. I appreciate her quality of care as a healthcare worker myself, I know how busy the day can be and I never feel she is rushing to complete my appointment. She’s the last of a dying breed.

This was my first time seeing Sandy so I was a little nervous. Her nurse was personable and put me at ease. Sandy was thorough yet efficient with my time.

The staff are always so sweet. Sandy was great, respectful and very nice. I love the Cuba Clinic. The whole team makes going to the doctor a pleasant experience 😊
