I am not a good patient - I resist both medication and surgery, preferring to research issues and deal with them through diet, natural remedies and exercise that won't make my issues worse. She is patient with me and does the best she can.

Dr Razook seemed unable to use her computer, spending more time trying to type something than looking at me and talking.She didnt focus on the reason I was there, which was to review an MRI and Endoscopy results. I reminded her. She didn't examine me properly and left the room.
