Upon appointment with Dr Gutt he was very polite, explained every detail of my issue and explained all the possibilities with the surgery that was forth coming.

Dr. Gutt was honest about his ability to help me without more information. I am always amazed, based on prior experiences, that Franciscan doctors are very upfront about their abilities and limitations, and about ways to acquire missing information or where to find help from other sources.

He's very professional and good at what he does you took very good care of me got me in and out of there after surgery was over I healed up quickly very well liked in the hospital he went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best care possible while I was there

He answered all my mom’s questions and made recommendations to help her in the future. He is personable. Answered her questions with straight answers -didn’t beat around the bush. I would recommend him to anyone having hearing problems. We did not have an appointment that included a hearing test but they worked her in so we would not have to come back later.

Dr Gutt is an excellent surgeon. His bedside manner both on the office and in the pre+ op and post-op areas is outstanding. He is one of the best doctors to treat me.
