I want my issues solved, I don’t just want to keep taking medications, hoping they’ll ease the pain, I want to know what’s causing the problem. I’ll see if I can have my doctor send me to a different Neurologist.

We talked and she listened to what I had to say and to explain some of the things that were going on into my head like I said before it would recommend coming to this facility for treatment and very courteous and outstanding and very professional

She did not ask about my Lauderdale. I grew up in Africa and had a very different life . I came to Chicago and was terrified with any height including stairs in my school. I had Calvert correspondence until high school in Park Ridge, IL.
