• Dr. Zhijun Guo asked me for information about: the reason for my visit, my symptoms; and previous problems.
• He listened carefully, asked for explanations.
• Then Dr. Guo explained his reasoning about his diagnosis.
• He gave follow-up instructions, which included further testing, and prescriptions to take –that were sent to my local pharmacy.
Dr. Guo was very professional – while being caring, meticulous, and informative.
