I had an initial in person appt and a virtual appointment after - both went well - doc listened and was attentive. This next Virtual appointment missed the mark - guessing the office coded in correctly. That’s all I can say. I like the doc.

I know most people don’t like seeing doctors, It was a pleasure to deal with Dr. Davila. Every detail was explained clearly and his support staff were caring and knowledgeable.

Everything was great. Unfortunately the doctor was a hour and fifty minutes late due to scheduling. Therefore I lost a significant amount of money at work. This issue needs to be addressed.

2days after my appointment I had questions. Took the time to get back with me immediately and completely resolved my "issue" and completed my request.

He is an excellent communicator and instantly makes you less fearful of the embarrassing examination and procedures. I feel very comfortable having him as my doctor.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Dr. Davila for his time and expertise. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, and I truly appreciated the way he addressed all of my questions with clarity and patience.Every time I had a question, he was able to provide an explanation that I could understand, which made a significant difference in my experience. His guidance was both reassuring and informative.

The only negative was a 2pm appointment did not happen on time. I was called in to the exam room on time but did not see the doctor for another 45 minutes.

The receptionist insisted that I needed to provide a physical copy of my insurance card when it was already uploaded in my chart. This is the only holy cross location that continues to insist on this. The patient after me and the same receptionist argued over this at length. If this is in fact your policy, its ridiculous! Either clarify WHY its needed or lose the policy.

you need to seperate the nursing staff from the reception staff in your survey. The nursing staff deserve a 10. They were wonderful. The reception staff were terrible, they are not friendly at all
