Jill Guenther addressed all of my concerns to my satisfaction and I left feeling like my issues would be resolved and that she was on top of these issues for me. She was on time for my appointment so, I was not waiting in the exam room for more than a couple of minutes ( I have waited in other facilities for up to 15 minutes in the exam room). She is very courteous and explains things to me so I can understand them. She answers all of my questions and has a calming effect on me as her patient. I’m not anxious to see her at all when I have an appointment. Thank you!
