Both Janet and Irely were outstanding. They provided personal, professional, and excellent care with me and my concerns. Janet listened attentively to me, answered my questions in detail, and understood my concerns. She took all this information, along with blood test results and past health history, and found the root cause! She provided easy to apply at home self care which worked immediately. I feel better than I have in months. She provided care above and beyond my expectations.

Yes. Although I am extremely satisfied with my care with Dr. [ ] and his PA Janet. I am thoroughly impressed with my MA. She has remembered me at every visit and has made me feel comfortable. I totally forgot her name which I’m so horrible at remembering names. This combined with conveying my concerns with the provider is thorough and accurate. My concerns and needs are met at each visit because she really listens. Thank you to my MA.

Janet was very personable and listened carefully and answered my questions. Advised me to check with lab at the facility or go to the place where I usually get my labs done. Without appointment it would be at least 2 hrs wait at the facility, so I went to [ ] and it took only 30min. As soon as the results were known the next day, Janet faxed them to my [ ]. Thanks Janet for the efficiency and understanding the urgency of this pre-op.

I didn't know what to expect to my call since Janet was not my Dr. So, I read her bio & was confident in the fact she would be most helpful & experienced. Plus he fact she was nurse practitioner working with Dr. [ ]. The treat she provided me as started to improve my condition. In my opinion, Janet will be a major assest to Lee Health & Dr.[ ].
