Janet was very empathetic and sincere in her approach to my care. I know she would have liked to give me more answers to my questions, but sometimes there is no concrete answer as to "why" some symptoms occur. And that is what I have found in my case. No answers despite all th testing that was done. From my initial visit with , sorry, i can't remember her name, things moved very quickly and tests were scheduled that day or the next. I recieved a call within hours of one test that revealed a [ ], This was disputed later by [ ], but action was taken immediately . Follow up call after I had a refusal by insurance for futher [ ] was withing the same day as I made in quires Overall, I am totally satisfied with the care at Lee Health

The nurse who helped me prior meeting to the Dr Guelfi (who was also great) made me feel very comfortable and was very friendly. They were both great.

This was my first visit with Janet, I must say, she is like a breath of fresh air. She did not rush seeing me as a patient. I felt like she listened to me. During my visit, she ordered some testing and has communicated with me in a very timely manner on all testing she has ordered. I am thankful to now have someone who is compassionate and showed empathy during my visit.
