Janet Guelfi is an amazing APRN ! she listens, understands, and explains everything in detail to help you understand what’s going on. she takes her time and values her time with the patients. i highly recommend someone like her that is very warm hearted and makes you feel comfortable during the visits as well !

Everyone from the shuttle driver to all staff and support staff was excellent. I was exceptionally pleased with my appt with Janet Guelfi.

Everyone was helpful and made my feel comfortable. During check-in upstairs a computer had a glitch which slowed the process, but the tech was apologetic and thanked me for my patience.

Both the ARNP and the medical assistant/nurse took the time to listen, cared about what was going on and were extremely authentic. Kudos to both of them.

I live in Massachusetts part of the year and receive medical assistance from a different network there. Because of the Excellence of Staff members like Dr [ ] and Janet, I have now moved all of my health care, including my oncologist, to Lee Health and only use the Health care center In Massachusetts for [ ] when I am there. Thank you for attracting and retaining such extraordinary medical professionals.

Janet and the nurses, including a trainee, were outstanding. While being professional, they were also comforting and caring. Janet in particular was very knowledgeable and articulated matters easily and in an understandable manner.

Janet was efficient and caring. Though I went to her to just have [ ], she did not ignore my [ ] and gave excellent advice on my home management. She took the time to explain my follow up care of my sutures and suggestions that would be helpful to [ ]. I was very impressed with her care.

Janet is incredible. The first time in my 45 years of life I have a medical personal that listens and even jokes with me. She is absolutely incredible and caring and her medical assistant is amazing as well.

This was the first time I saw Janet Guelfi since Dr. [ ] couldn't see me until [ ]. She was very friendly and professional. and really helped me with my problem. I wouldn't mind seeing her rather than a doctor as I feel sometime a PA knows just as much as the doctor. I have had 4 or 5 doctors since I started with Lee health in 2017. It appears you have a problem keeping doctors. I hope things change as it is important to keep the same doctor, switching all the time is not a good thing.
