I was very disappointed in the care . I waited an 1hour to see Courtney and only seen her for 10 mins. Very disappointed.

Show some compassion foe patients in pain instead of rushing out of the room.

Every time I have an appointment with BJC Medical Group Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at Belleville, I have found the entire experience to be very efficient from pre registration through the completion of the visit.

Courtney cares about me as a patient, we discussed a recent procedure I'd had which mitigated the need for her to do an injection in my hip. Rather, we just needed to knee injections this time. All good.

Nothing, it was excellent. She is one of the best caregivers I know.

Courtney Geubert is excellent! That is why I went down to Belleville from Alton to see her. I saw her four years ago in Alton and was impressed! Very caring and explains everything.

I was seen by Courtney, Gilbert. And she was wonderful before she put that needle in my knee. It did not hurt just the stuff.She put on my knee and told me to breathe through my nose and out.My mouth didn't feel it too much.

I want to give a shout out to Ms Courtney. She was great to work with. She help my hand and explained everything in detail. She understood my anxiety with getting fluid removed from my knee. She made me comfortable before the procedure. Courtney was a ten all the way around. Thank you so much.

Courtney was absolutely amazing! She showed knowledge, and care about my shoulder problem. She explained everything with 100% confidence, and talked about my plan of care with me for current and what will happen next. I’m 100% happy with her.
