I was disappointed that I only saw the provider for less than 5 minutes. I was given no instructions on what to do if the problem persisted, or if the bone wasn’t broken what to do.
Overall I was not very happy with the service that I’m paying for.

My visit was exceptional. I felt very cared for. The staff were kind and listened well and very dedicated. It made my wife and I feel better. Even though we were out of state visitors, we felt safe, secure, and well taken care of. Thank you guys so much.

Everybody was extremely professional and they got to me in a very, very timely manner. And I just appreciate the human relations skills of everybody. They were excellent. And I will be back.

I don’t have to visit Urgent Care often, but St. Luke’s on Barry Road is top notch!! Wonderful staff. Professional, caring and great listeners. I always see an improvement within 24 to 48 hours. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

NP was dismissive and didn’t act like she cared. We left with less answers than when we went in. Do not recommend this clinic at all.

I was in and out in approximately 15 minutes, being taken to the exam room, and the physician assessment. While I appreciate an efficient visit, I felt the speed of the appointment came at the expense of patient communication and attention to important health information.

Visiting KC from CT and needed urgent care plus follow up - received one of the best care experience ever and when ever in KC area again (daughter lives near Richmond) will definitely come to St Luke’s again. Remarkable service and congratulations on being patient centered

What a wonderful experience from the staff to the both the nurse and the nurse practitioner. First time at this location and was very impressed.
