My wife and I are very pleased with Doctor Guan. He listens attentively to my concerns and explains what course of action to be taken. After two visits with Doctor Guam, I feel we have made the right choice in choosing him as our primary care physician.

The care my husband and I received from Doctor Guam on January 31 was excellent. He listened attentively to our concerns and provided personalized treatment and advice. He made us feel comfortable throughout our visit.

I believe Franciscan is the top Hospital and doctor facility. I have one small complaint and the is your emergency room. The em ployees are mostly great but the waiting room is to small and the wait time is beyond rediculous. Maybe two or three separate waiting rooms, colds, flu's viruses, one room which would contain germs the second room ambulance patients, the third room severe issues. It just seems really disorganized. The rest is really good and I appreciate living in an area with excellent hospital and staff.

My First meeting with Dr.Guan, I felt very comfortable, and I found his Demeanor to be very warm and personable, something that is desired from a Primary Care Physician. Dr Guan was very patient and understood that my hearing is bad and that i need to read lips. he always faced me during conversation. Dr Guan was very caring and at no time did he seem to want to rush the visit. he listened to all my concerns.
