Down to earth doctor, any questions I had he was able to answer with no problem,make me feel more relaxed than anything. I was not the type to go to the doctor but how he listen keeps me at ease

Dr Guan was very patient and understood that my hearing is bad and that i need to read lips. he always faced me during conversation. Dr Guan was very caring and at no time did he seem to want to rush the visit. he listened to all my concerns.
