When you tell a patient to "call if you're still having problems" & the patient calls but no one responds, what are you suppose to think we², well I think that provider doesn't care about my needs. Even worse when your provider is the head of that office. The gentleman I signed up with promised & made everything sound great, too bad the real professionals don't follow thru. I live in a retirement community & quite a few others have switched back to their previous doctor. Unfortunately I don't have that option. Hoping things change & in the mean time I have my eyes & ears open to a better option. If I had to rate everyone there with their friendliness they would all pass with flying colors, otherwise no passing here as far as being professional & caring about patients.

Dr H is a very caring doctor, you get very comfortable when you're greeted by him,I'm diabetic and my feet scares me, but Dr H assures me everything's good , not to worry
