Does the standard pain management procedures quickly and effectively. Willing to listen and answer questions. Only seems willing to offer procedural intervention, when something simpler like a muscle relaxer might have done the trick.

She didn’t listen, nor did she ask questions. She took 20 seconds to diagnose me and that was it. She knew best and didn’t care what the actual patient said or god forbid felt.

She very rude ! She said that we didn’t see eye to eye and that she didn’t want to talk or go on with the appointment ! That she was more worried about her training person then her patient!

I only talked to Kelly for about 2. Minutes the other lady did all the talking so I feel like Kelly should have been the one that have been the one talking to me.
